When you purchase products from Rewardle you agree to be bound under these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not make any purchases from Rewardle.

Rewardle Pty Ltd (“Rewardle”, “we” or “us”) make products available for purchase via our websites and mobile application (“Rewardle App”). Your purchase of any products through these is governed by our standard Terms and Conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) and these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”).

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Sale at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms of Sale. We strongly advise you to review these Terms of Sale each time you make a purchase from Rewardle so as to ensure that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.

  1. Availability and Pricing

    Rewardle offers a variety of non-reloadable electronic Gift Cards and codes (“Gift Cards”) for purchase through our Platform. All Gift Cards are subject to availability and Rewardle reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order and to discontinue products without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice and the price of your purchase will be the price set out on the Rewardle Platform at the time of purchase.

  2. Gift Cards

    1. Gift Cards purchased through Rewardle are only available for use within Australia.
    2. Occasionally we may offer other special promotions to incentivise Gift Card purchasing or the promotion of Gift Card purchasing opportunities to others. In these instances, any additional conditions will be posted on with description of the promotion or available on a link from the description. We reserve the right to interpret these conditions in our sole discretion, and you agree to our interpretation.
    3. Gift Card expiration varies across providers and each offers a method to check expiry dates. Rewardle is not responsible for ensuring Gift Card balances are redeemed in full prior to expiry.
    4. Unless otherwise stated by the applicable providers Gift Card Terms and Conditions, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
    5. Rewardle is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. Rewardle is not responsible if any Gift Card is rendered unsuitable for redemption through no fault of Rewardle. If you have lost or misplaced your Gift Card and the balance has not been spent or changed from the original amount, email us at support@rewardle.com, and we will replace the Guft Card provided we can confirm the balance is unused.
  3. Retailer Terms and Liability

    Gift Cards that you purchase through Rewardle are issued by participating third-party retailers (“Retailers”). in addition to these Terms of Sale, Gift Cards you purchase are governed by certain terms and conditions established by the issuing Retailer. From the Key Terms and Conditions links in the Rewardle App we provide links to the Retailers terms and conditions and encourage you to review them in full prior to the purchase of any Gift Card.

    If you have questions relating to the applicable Retailer terms, please contact the issuing Retailer. As the issuers of Gift Cards, Retailers and not Rewardle are fully responsible for all aspects of their Gift Card programs. Retailers are responsible for all liabilities and costs suffered by you or any other party caused – directly or indirectly – by the Retailer or their products or services.

    Rewardle has no obligation to resolve any dispute between you and any Retailer. Rewardle endeavours to work with high quality, reputable Retailers, however Rewardle holds no liability for the sale of products or services provided to you by a Retailer. In purchasing a Gift Card from an issuing Retailer, you waive and release Rewardle and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any Liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a Retailer.

    Neither Rewardle nor any Retailer is responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If you lose your mobile device please contact support@rewardle.com immediately so we can attempt to restrict access to your membership account.

  5. Gift Card and Rewardle Prepaid payments

    Rewardle accepts payment for Gift Cards and Rewardle Prepaid Cards via credit cards processed through the Rewardle App. Unless indicated otherwise, the purchase of Gift Cards will be fully billed at the time the Gift Card is presented to you. Rewardle uses Stripe, a third party PCI compliant payment processor, and does not hold any payment details on our servers. If your payment cannot be processed or verified, is invalid or otherwise unacceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

    Any problems encountered in the processing of your order that relate to authorisation against your nominated credit card are your responsibility.

  6. Payment authorisation transactions

    Our payment processor, Stripe, may send over a request to your issuing bank for a small authorisation fee (normally $1 or less) to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorised. Regardless of whether or not the authorisation is accepted or declined, the amount is immediately reversed. You may still see an authorisation for up to $1 on your credit card statement from Rewardle. This is not a charge, and it will be removed from your statement. Depending on the bank, this can take a few minutes or a few weeks.

  7. Taxes

    Gift Cards purchases do not incur GST charges. GST will be charged separately by the applicable Retailer at the time of making a purchase with the Gift Card.

  8. Gift Card Activation

    All Gift Cards sold via Rewardle are already activated at time of purchase. If your Gift Card has not been activated, please contact us at support@rewardle.com.

  9. Cancellations; Returns and Refunds

    Please choose your Gift Card purchases carefully as we do not offer exchange or refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact support@rewardle.com with the reason for your request and proof of purchase for us to review. If any value on a gift card has been spent we are unable to process a return or refund unless required to by law. Rewardle is not responsible for the refund of purchase price or return of any products purchased from Retailers.

  10. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    Please treat Gift Cards stored in the Rewardle App like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card. If you loose your mobile device please contact us immediately so we can put a hold on your account. Rewardle is not liable if someone has partially or fully redeemed your Gift Card(s) while your mobile device is lost or stolen.

  11. Your Gift Card, your responsibility

    You are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Card. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card. Protect your Gift Card information by viewing it in privacy to ensure no one views and records your Gift Card information. We strongly encourage all members to have a passcode on their mobile device and to use our passcode feature as an additional security measure.

  12. Errors and data summaries

    Gift Card balances displayed in the Rewardle App are estimates only with the balance as determined by the Retailer considered the true value. Rewardle attempts to be as accurate as possible however sometimes errors may occur. We do not represent or warrant that any description, Gift Card, Retailer or pricing information or balance displayed through the Rewardle Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, we will endeavour to correct it as quickly as possible.
